Philip has a wealth of experience in the legal profession, working for more than 30 years in both private practice and in-house as Head of Legal and Compliance in major Chinese investment banks in Hong Kong. He possesses unparalleled extensive insights of the business and regulatory environment of the securities industry in Hong Kong.

Some highlights of his career include completion of numerous prominent corporate finance and property projects in private practice and leading the in-house team in the successful acquisition of CLSA by CITIC Securities.

His principal expertise includes corporate finance, M&A, financial advisory, private equity, asset and wealth management, securities and fixed income and regulatory advisory works.

Philip is fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
